Job Details
The Royal School of Church Music (RSCM) wishes to appoint an Assistant Director with responsibility for the RSCM's membership services, marketing and fundraising. The position reports directly to Hugh Morris, RSCM Director, and manages staff members with specific responsibilities for marketing, membership, development and magazines.
This senior leadership position will be offered at 0.8FTE. Applicants must demonstrate successful experience in: a membership organisation; marketing strategy and communications; fundraising; line management; and have empathy with the mission of the RSCM - the improvement of music in Christian worship.
The job may be fully based in Salisbury, or alternatively may be home based for some of the time with 2 or 3 days per week based in Salisbury. This role will require some travelling to build connections and relationships.
