An exciting opportunity to join ellenor’s Finance Team, in a hands-on, new role, to develop and appraise management reporting, performance monitoring, service costings, business cases, budgeting, and financial planning across the organisation. The role will support the Director of Finance and work closely with Senior Managers across multi-activity departments. The role will also support the Finance Team with day-to-day financial compliance reporting, statutory reporting and Vat Returns where required, as well as financial cover where necessary.
The role requires a qualified Accountant who is highly proficient in the use of Excel, databases, MS Office and finance systems applications, advanced use of reporting tools and applications for information reporting. Experience of working in a charity or healthcare setting with a good understanding of sector issues, the charity SORP, and the preparation of statutory accounts for not for profit entities is desirable. The postholder should also have experience of managing a finance team and managing information reporting across multi-discipline departments.
