This is a fantastic opportunity to play a leading role in the development of GlobalGiving UK’s newest income streams. GlobalGiving UK is entering an exciting period of growth, with aspirations to significantly scale the impact it can provide to its non-profit partner community.
We are looking for an experienced and innovative fundraiser, who will be expected to deliver revenue targets by securing new funding from major donors and legacies, significantly contributing to GlobalGiving’s income targets that aim to increase our impact and sustainability. Success in this role will see more funding reaching communities in an equitable, trusted way.
Key to this role is a deep understanding of GlobalGiving’s value proposition and role in a two-sided marketplace/online platform. This is not a traditional charity, we fundraise for fellow global non-profits across a variety of themes all over the world - pulling heartstrings is unlikely to be a successful fundraising strategy!
In order to set us up for long term success we are open to considering flexible/alternative terms of engagement, i.e. freelance, contract, etc., as well as a full time employed role. The main criteria is that the candidate is able to demonstrate the skills, experience and a thorough strategy to achieve the desired outcomes expected of this role, within the set remuneration budget and timescales.
