Theatres Trust seeks a General Manager to join the senior management team supporting the overall work of the organisation through effective organisational, operational, project and event management. 

This is a key role in the organisation, both ensuring that we are well run with effective support processes and systems and supporting or leading on delivery of strategic projects and events. The position will be line managed by the Director, but will have close working relationships across the staff team of 10, and will have line management responsibility for and support from the Administrator.

Theatres Trust is the national advisory public body for theatres. We believe that current and future generations should have access to good quality theatres where they can be inspired by and enjoy live performance. We champion the future of live performance, by protecting and supporting excellent theatre buildings, which meet the needs of their communities.
