This is a unique opportunity to further develop your digital marketing expertise in an organisation recognised as innovators in relationship marketing and leaders in the use of multiple channels to recruit and develop supporters including digital media and DRTV.

As part of the team at WWF UK, you will be responsible for driving supporter acquisition for our flagship Sky partnership campaigns (including Sky Ocean Hero) by managing paid digital media campaigns. This will involve overseeing direct conversion and lead generation campaigns. Supporter recruitment will be primarily by paid digital advertising, including Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic activities.

Day to day you will ensure we meet Sky’s recruitment objectives, ensuring activity is of high quality as well as delivering compelling content. You will monitor performance, compile reporting and oversee stakeholder communications too. We will also look to you to develop insight to implement real-time improvements to optimise effectiveness and to identify the most appropriate routes to acquire new supporters, with the support of the Senior Online Acquisition Manager.

Of graduate calibre, you must have experience in a marketing, commercial or fundraising environment which will have given you an understanding of paid digital media and the use of digital channels for marketing communications. You will be used to working with digital media and strategy agencies too. You will also be the type of person with a desire to test and learn.

Digital literate, you will be effective at prioritising your workload and using your initiative when needed.  Detail orientated, you will be results focused and good at managing and allocating resources effectively. You will also possess strong communication, relationship building and project coordination skills. Critically, you will be passionate about the aims of WWF-UK.

Experience of using Tableau or other reporting or data visualisation platforms and manipulating insights to drive campaigns would be an advantage.

If you have the skills to help deliver a movement for nature, we would love to hear from you, so please visit our website via the link, complete the online registration and submit a copy of your up-to-date CV with cover letter highlighting why you are interested in this role, as well as why this role is for you.

Every role at WWF is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you.  Here at WWF we’re committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection, and shared purpose.  We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.

Our policies and benefits reflect the importance of people being able to have a good work-life balance and being able to bring their ‘full self’ to work. Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We’re looking for people who are passionate about making it politically, socially and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet’s natural resources. We need you to join us in the fight for our world.

Company

Best known as the world’s leading conservation body, we’ve seen first-hand how wildlife, the environment and human activity are all interlinked.

That’s why our passion for safeguarding the natural world has to be backed up by other environmental action – tackling the global threat of climate change (through our big global campaigns like Earth Hour) and helping people to change the way they live to ease pressure on natural resources.

WWF is at the heart of global activities in all these areas. We have teams of highly skilled professionals working with governments, businesses and communities here in the UK and around the world.
