Job Details
TPP is delighted to be partnering with a national and much-loved children's charity to recruit for a Head of Mass Participation Fundraising. The role is permanent and paying £46,000 to £50,000. The role can be based nationally but with some commitment to travel to the London HQ on occasion.
This is an exciting role where you will provide leadership to the charity's third-party sporting events and owned products teams, along with members of the fundraising campaign projects teams. You will line manage four reports and oversee a team of 12. You will ensure that there is a robust income generation strategy in place that is supporter-centric, and audience led. You will commit to developing and innovating the mass participation portfolio, working collaboratively with other income streams that benefit from this. You will also across the organisation on two major widespread fundraising campaigns.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of leading a 3rd party or a bespoke events fundraising team, along with experience of fundraising campaign/appeals management. You will also have people management and budgeting experience with excellent data management skills. You will thrive on working collaboratively across teams and possess sound communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders. Finally, you will be passionate about improving the life chances of vulnerable children.
