This role is part of a team with responsibility for coordinating and supporting delivering of Citizen Advice's largest funded service. Help to Claim is an exciting, fast paced and high profile programme that makes a difference to peoples' lives every single day.
As an Account Officer, you’ll be the face of service delivery within the Help to Claim programme team and for local Citizens Advice. In this role you’ll be working across the organisation and directly with local Citizens Advice, helping to run our service delivery function. You’ll be the main point of contact for local Citizens Advice and will support them to deliver a high profile, national multi channel service to our clients.
You’ll also work with them to solve problems and help them find solutions, including for complex problems as they arise. You’ll be able to draw on a range of resources to help this happen including the wider account management team.
