Job Details

Harris Hill are working on a brand new position for a brilliant social welfare organisation. They are looking for a thought leader to become their new Lead for their Compassionate Employer Programme. It is a new and vital position for the organisation and would be an excellent step for someone who is part of a wellbeing team or has successfully run EDI programmes. This is a crucial programme to give work places the tools to have conversations around bereavement and death.

Ideally the new Lead will have experience of people-related employer accreditation/membership programmes (e.g. Stonewall Diversity Champions, Disability Confident, Investors in People). The organisation is also looking for someone with experience of delivering Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) or workplace wellbeing projects within large organisations. This role is also needing someone to be able to build strong relationships with external providers and clients/partners.

You will be line managing one person and hopefully as the programme builds more momentum you will be able to expand your team. This role sits within the Corporate Partnerships team and you will be working closely with the development team on getting new partners onboard and becoming members of this vital programme. You will act as a thought leader for the organisation so need to have confidence and credibility around workplace well being programmes and EDI.
