This UK charity helps children, parents and families to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. They support children and young people up to the age of 25 who are facing bereavement, and anyone affected by the death of a child of any age. They provide training to professionals in health and social care, education, and the voluntary and corporate sectors, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.

Role: Help Line and Referral Hub Manager
Hours:
37.5 hrs per week full time
Rate: £33,000 per annum
Reporting: Director of Bereavement Support and Education
Base: UK Head Office in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire or at one of their London Offices with the option of some home working.

This organisation is looking to recruit a talented and highly motivated individual, reporting to the Head of Clinical Services to lead on the provision of high-quality support, information and guidance via the charity’s national Helpline for families and professionals across the UK.  This Help Line and Referral Hub Manager will also be responsible for ensuring ensure that all support and information is in line with latest evidence, research and policy and the appropriate and timely allocation of referrals for bereavement support.
