What you'll be doing
You’ll be working with people to help them succeed, linking them with support based on their needs, including with poor mental health and alcohol/drug use if necessary.
You’ll also be carrying out management duties in our client’s hostels to ensure residents are safe and succeed.
More about you
They would like you to have experience of working in a supported housing role with homelessness, mental health needs and/or alcohol and drug use. However, this isn’t essential if you can show us the right passion for the role. They can support you through training if you have the right values.
You’ll understand the benefits of support planning, risk assessments and working with people to build their life skills so they can achieve their personal goals.
You’ll demonstrate a passion for helping people while meeting targets.
You’ll be self-motivated and be able to speak to people with care and respect, along with the ability to keep accurate and up to date records.

When and where you'll be doing it
You will be able commit to working as part of a shift system where required to cover occasional evenings or Saturday mornings.
