The role includes developing and sharing best practice throughout the organisation. The role also involves providing practical and emotional support to individuals and groups of people with lived experience, to enable their involvement to make a tangible difference. You will develop and review relevant policies, guidance notes and ‘Top Tips’ and deliver training to support and share best practice.

You will be a member of the Quality and Improvement Team and have a line manager who shares your passion for, and knowledge of, this work.
