Social Enterprise Manager
Taurus Crafts, Lydney, Glos
We are looking for a values-driven entrepreneur with a successful track record in successful social enterprise to redevelop Camphill Village Trust’s Taurus Crafts visitor centre.
Passion for delivering positive social impact for people with learning disabilities, alongside a flair for retail and hospitality, and an ability to spot opportunities will be needed to deliver transformational change. In return, we will support you with the required level of investment and the freedom to develop the centre within an agreed outline plan.
Co-production is one of our core values and you’ll work alongside people with learning disabilities to develop pathways to work, through training and work experience.
Camphill Village Trust is a registered charity supporting over 600 people with learning and other disabilities through ten communities and services in England. We’ve been going for over 65 years. Supporting people to make fantastic artisan produce is in our DNA, and you’ll have the opportunity to showcase the Trust to people visiting and living in the Forest of Dean.
