I am working alongside a non-profit care home charity who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their friendly and professional HR team on a one-year FTC. The position is paying £36,000 per annum and they are looking to have someone in post by the 24th May 2021. The world class care that the charity offers ranges from compassionate residential, nursing, dementia, respite and end-of-life. They have two state of the art care homes across London, one opening in May 2021.
The offices are located in both south west London and north London and the post holder will be required to travel and work at both. The Senior HR Advisor role allows you to work from home and be office based. You will part of a small HR team where you will report into the Director of HR on a daily basis.
The main purpose of this HR job is to provide HR generalist support to the organisation. The role will require someone to lead on employee relation cases, recruitment and creating/writing new HR policies. You will play a key role in all HR projects and support the junior members of the HR team when required.
My client is keen to employ someone who has a passion for the non-profit sector and has supported at a HR Advisor level before. It would be beneficial to have previously worked for a charity or a care home. The role would suit someone who is ambitious, has a positive attitude to work and excellent communication skills .
