The Myton Hospices is an organisation at the forefront of palliative and end of life care across Coventry and Warwickshire and with a national profile. We have three hospices, two inpatient units and an ever-developing range of outpatient and community-based services.
We have almost 300 staff and over 800 volunteers who are committed to improving the quality of life for patients and their families. Our people are central to the success of Myton working across our palliative care services, our fundraising, support teams and our extensive retail footprint. Do you have a background in Fundraising and would you like the opportunity to join a busy, welcoming and successful Income Generation team?
This diverse, exciting and vital role will build upon our existing Individual Giving programme and lead, develop and implement new areas of fundraising growth and opportunities for Myton.
You will be able to demonstrate previous success within this area of fundraising and you will lead the team through the design and implementation of supporter acquisition, retention and development plans.
The focus will be growing reach, engagement and ultimately income across the areas of Individual Giving, Legacy and In-Memory fundraising.
Base: Warwick or Coventry but with travel to all sites when required. There will also be an element of home working.
Hours:37.5hrs per week, Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend / evening work as required.
