The Limbless Association provides support, information and connectivity to the limb loss community. We are a long-standing national charity currently based in Chelmsford in Essex, which through our stakeholder networks, extends our reach as an organisation operating and connecting nationally. (It is likely that we will be relocating to Billericay in the Summer of 2021.)

The LA Support and Connect project aims to develop LA support Hubs and Outreach networks at local and regional level across the UK.

Working remotely as part of a growing team, you will have experience of working in the voluntary sector, setting up and running user led projects. You will be confident working with and supporting volunteers, raising awareness and engaging with all our stakeholders.

The successful person will have a positive can-do attitude and a real understanding of the limb loss community and sector. You will need drive and enthusiasm to get the Hubs up and running effectively to tight timescales.

As a professional, pragmatic and self-motivated professional, you can be part of shaping this important and well-respected national project.

In return, we offer the opportunity to work in a fantastic supportive team, excellent terms and conditions and a commitment to develop all our staff to do the best job they can.

Applications from candidates who have experienced limb loss are particularly welcome.

For an application pack including a job description and person specification, please visit our website http://www.limbless-association.org.

The closing date is Sunday 23 May 2021 at midnight.
