We are recruiting to an existing job share arrangement in the team delivering the Workforce Integration Network (WIN) programme in the social integration team, working three days a week with the existing permanent post-holder.

WIN is a flagship Mayoral programme working to create systemic change in London’s workforce by addressing underrepresentation, with an initial focus on increasing opportunities for young black men in construction and tech. A Mayoral priority, as part of the Mayor’s Strategy for Social Integration (https://www.london.gov.uk/what-we-do/communities/all-us-mayors-strategy-social-integration), this work is of increasing importance in London’s recovery from Covid-19 and relates to the Good Work recovery mission area (https://www.london.gov.uk/coronavirus/londons-recovery-coronavirus-crisis/recovery-context/helping-londoners-good-work).

WIN has had some major achievements over the past year including: The launch of the WIN toolkitThe WIN Design Labs and The WIN workforce equality data guide.

As one of the core staff members on the Workforce Integration Network programme, you will be responsible for specific streams of work such as management of the Design Lab programme working to support sector leaders and commissioning research and resources to inform both the design of the programme and the work of sectors.

You will care deeply about and have a strong policy understanding of labour market equality and workforce integration issues affecting underrepresented groups. You will have experience of successfully managing workstreams//projects within a high-profile programme, experience commissioning research and managing delivery partners and strong stakeholder management skills.

Permanent x1 (22.2hrs) & Fixed Term Contract x1 (full time)
