Field Ministries Coordinator – with a focus on events
Job type: Permanent

Location: Office-based role (near Borough Tube Station) with flexibility for some homeworking.

The COVID-19 pandemic has shown the importance of supporting and equipping Christians in the healthcare professions. What might God do with a movement of Christian healthcarers living and speaking for him?
This is an opportunity to join our team in a new, fast-paced and team-focussed role mostly overseeing in-person and online events for the Christian Medical Fellowship. Working with ministry heads and across a diverse team you will work on events from conception to delivery. Your focus will be on engaging teams of staff and volunteers to deliver a range of engaging events and overseeing learning and growth across the organisation. As part of a small team flexibility and team-working is essential and the role includes future line-management responsibilities.
This role will entail some weekend and evening work as you coordinate conferences and other events. Time off in lieu is given. All staff join together in daily prayer for the work of the organisation and commit to the aims and ethos of CMF.
Anyone applying for this role must already have valid leave to remain and work full-time in the United Kingdom.
Please note that interview date for shortlisted candidates will be Wednesday 26 May 2021

There is an occupational requirement that the jobholder is a Christian under the Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.
