We are excited to be expanding and building our specialist advice team to meet the needs of our residents. You will take a lead role as a specialist benefits advisor managing a caseload and representation at Tribunals. You will also support the wider teams by providing second tier advice, training and supervision to volunteers and pro bono placements. Working with others you will ensure the advice team is kept up to date, support the content on our website and social media, provide training internally and externally.
You will need excellent benefits knowledge across the range of subjects, be confident in explaining complex information and legislation with excellent communication skills and able to support others to grow and develop in this field.
