Our client is looking for an experienced and inspirational individual with a genuine passion for fundraising to help drive forward their ambitious five-year growth strategy.

 

Your focus will be on shaping the strategy for the Major Giving team to meet income targets by successfully liaising with established supporters and engaging new supporters to our work and vision. As an ambassador for DofE, you will attend high level events and meetings, demonstrating our philanthropic ethos and securing fundraising support through a variety of activities. This hands-on role is pivotal to the ongoing success of our fundraising targets and strategies. You will lead and motivate the team to reach their full potential, sharing knowledge and skills to provide high-net-worth donors with an exceptional experience, which will secure future support for the charity. With proven exceptional account management skills, you will identify opportunities for continued development.

 

You will lead by example and provide a collaborative approach to all working relationships, building outstanding alliances with our benefactors. You will be accustomed to managing budgets and settling robust annual targets for the team.

 

With a track record in a senior fundraising role working with high-net-worth individuals, trusts and foundations, you will be accustomed to securing new business exceeding six figures. You will have experience in leading and coaching a team with strong project management skills . Due to the nature of the role, you will be flexible with regular travel and occasional overnight stays within the UK.
