Head of Finance and Corporate Services

Permanent position 0.6 FTE (with flexible options up to 0.8 FTE offered)

Salary range Circa £45,000 FTE (pro rata) plus benefits, including flexible working environment and Shape concessionary leave days in addition to annual leave.

Based in Peckham  London with flexible home working.

Shape is a disability-led arts organisation working to improve access to culture for disabled people. We develop opportunities for disabled artists, train cultural institutions to be more accessible to disabled people and run participatory arts and development programmes. We have an exciting programme which includes multi-year projects and work with a wide range of leading cultural organisations and venues.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance and Corporate Services to support our Chief Executive and join our Senior Management Team (SMT). You will provide financial leadership across the organisation including the provision of an excellent finance, HR, IT and office service to Shape.  You will be self-motivated and demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills, working with our small Finance and Corporate Services team to meet business requirements.

In addition, as part of the SMT, the Head of Finance & Corporate Services will be expected to contribute to Shape’s ongoing business management and financial strategic development and add value to Shape’s Business Plans.

The post is offered on a 0.6 FTE (21 hours) basis with flexible options up to 0.8 FTE (28 hours).
