We are excited to be expanding our advice team with additional advisors to deliver our adviceline and support with webchat.

We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills, excellent listening skills and able to provide high quality advice whilst meeting targets on a busy line.  You will be resourceful, able to work independently but be a real team player so more people receive essential advice and help, making a real difference to the lives of the people we support.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy helpline environment delivering independent advice but training will be provided for the right candidate who can demonstrate a passion for making a difference and the ability to learn complex information quickly.  If you would like to join us then please apply by visiting our website.
