Independent Member – Service Quality Committee
£3,000 + Travel Expenses (45p per mile)
This is a remunerated role, with an anticipated time commitment of approximately one day every two months
Based in Telford and working predominantly in Staffordshire and Shropshire. Our client is a socially minded and ambitious organisation looking to grow their delivery of the very best housing and care services to their customers.
They are looking for fresh new voices at their Service Quality Committee, which will help them improve the organisation and the services they deliver to their communities.
Are you that new voice?
Can you provide vision and insight and through your lived experience of Housing or Care services add real value to their organisation?
In recruiting to their committees, they seek to ensure that they are reflective of the communities they serve, and are therefore best equipped to deal with the opportunities and challenges they face. Experience of working with a Board or committee is an advantage, but not a prerequisite, they can help you to develop your skills in this area.
What is important is an understanding of the customer experience and the knowledge and skills to be able to understand, monitor and scrutinise their performance from the customers perspective. They want you to help them ensure that the voice of the customer influences all aspects of their service delivery.
If you’re this person and have a real enthusiasm for our mission and social purpose, with an emphasis and passion on customer care and a determination to make a meaningful commitment, join them as an Independent Member of their Service Quality Committee.
The closing date for applications is noon on Monday, 26th April 2021
