Citizens Advice Brighton & Hove is seeking a dynamic Projects Manager to oversee the running of a portfolio of advice projects and their staff. The postholder will provide active monitoring of cases, casework supervision and line management to Project Advisers in line with Citizens Advice quality requirements. They will be responsible for all project monitoring and reporting requirements along with the development and smooth implementation of new projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience of the advice sector, demonstrable through recent employment in either an advice management or delivery role, with strong experience in the areas of debt and benefits advice. However, we will consider applications from experienced advisers looking to develop their skills in Casework Supervision or Project Management. This role is being advertised with a salary range, and the successful candidate will be paid according to their skills and experience.
