They’re looking for someone who puts the customer at the heart of everything they do - a Director of Customer Relations and Estates, to lead both the development of their customer contact approach and the Estate Services function to ensure that the business learns from all feedback in order to enhance and provide progressive services for the future.
Currently their Customer Relations Team has a dynamic customer centric approach and is founded on principles of Customer Advocacy. You’ll be responsible for enabling channel shift towards ‘digital self-serve’ but also providing services to those who need more than digital. You’ll also be the main point of contact when it comes to their Customer Services Strategy and delivery plan.
They want their estates to be the best they can be for their residents, so you’ll ensure that the estates are first class in their appearance and are both healthy and safe for their customers.
They’re looking for someone who can show demonstrable improvements to customer services and a strong commitment to the delivery of excellent services. Someone who has experience of operating as part of a senior management team as an operational lead, with the ability to motivate and engage employees. Previously designing and implementing a customer contact centre for a multi-site, multi-function organisation would be a distinct advantage, along with experience of leading omni channel strategy.
