Do you want to help the shape the future for their customers? As their new Director of Customer Engagement and Impact, you’ll lead the Customer Impact function to enable continuous development of Customer Operations by using the customer voice and data / performance measures across the service to really take into account their customers' thoughts.
You’ll play an exciting but critical role in service improvement and customer development, helping to provide a dynamic and customer centric environment. Reviewing and streamlining services through the delivery of the annual service improvement programme, you’ll ensure that customers from across the group have a voice in strategic and operational decision making.
With a proven track record in senior management, you’ll have the ability to influence across a multi-function organisation and the ability to lead, motivate and engage employees. Holding a substantial track record of delivering impact and insight analytics through Social Return on Investment (or similar models) to inform service design, you’ll have experience of engaging customers in a variety of ways and advocating on their behalf internally and externally.
