Senior Digital Analytics Manager

£37,679 - £44,500pa

Living Planet Centre, Woking, Surrey

As a Google analytics superuser who has worked within a centralised digital analytics function, there is no better use for your skills than in working to save our planet. This Senior Digital Analytics Manager role with the world’s leading independent conservation organisation is an incredible opportunity to apply your expertise in the fight to protect our world. Join us and help us better understand how audiences interact with our content and take actions on our websites.

As Senior Digital Analytics Manager you will lead and manage the delivery of all digital analytics across our digital estate as well as educate and encourage digital data driven decision making. This will involve acting as the main point of contact for all digital analytics requests, prioritising requirements, measuring performance and producing reports for stakeholders. You will also oversee the implementation of tracking on new microsites, manage agencies and partners as well as ensure that processes and governance documents are maintained and updated as needed. You will provide expertise and best practice guidance in all digital analytics tracking and performance reporting too. Important will be the ability to ensure the highest data compliance, quality and integrity in addition to keeping updated on digital analytics developments for the Google suite of products.

A Google analytics superuser, you must have worked within a centralised digital analytics function and be used to delivering data-led insights in a range of formats. An expert in Google Data Studio, you will have a clear understanding of all digital media channels and their contribution to performance and insights. Comfortable working with third party partners, you will have sound knowledge of fundraising and direct marketing practices as well as related legislation. Critically, you will know how to use data visualisation to tell a story. GA360/GCP and media platform experience would be an advantage.

Good at meeting deadlines, your technical abilities will be complemented by strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills as well as an eye for detail. You will also excel at problem solving and detailing technical information to non-technical audiences.

If you have the expertise to grow the breadth and depth of our digital audiences, and to help our work make a lasting change in the lives of the UK public, we would love to hear from you. Please visit our website via the link, complete the online registration and submit a copy of your up-to-date CV with cover letter highlighting why you believe you are suited for the role.

Every role at WWF is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you.  Here at WWF we’re committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose.  We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.

Our policies and benefits reflect the importance of people being able to have a good work-life balance and being able to bring their ‘full self’ to work.

Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We’re looking for people who are passionate about making it politically, socially and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet’s natural resources. We need you to join us in the fight for our world.

Company

Best known as the world’s leading conservation body, we’ve seen first-hand how wildlife, the environment and human activity are all interlinked.

That’s why our passion for safeguarding the natural world has to be backed up by other environmental action – tackling the global threat of climate change (through our big global campaigns like Earth Hour) and helping people to change the way they live to ease pressure on natural resources.

WWF is at the heart of global activities in all these areas. We have teams of highly skilled professionals working with governments, businesses and communities here in the UK and around the world.
