Job Details

The Development Executive is a vital new role in Corpus Christi’s Development Team. The post holder will be personally responsible for all regular giving as well as securing five-figure major gifts. They will identify and initiate relationships with prospective donors, developing longer-term partnerships and stewarding existing supporters, understanding their motivations for giving and delivering a bespoke donor journey. 

This role has arisen at an exciting time for the College with a capital campaign successfully on the way, as well as early-stage development of new strategic funding opportunities. The post holder will be encouraged to identify and analyse new funding opportunities, within Corpus' strategic priorities, to help deepen its supporter base. As an integral member of the Development Team, working hand in glove with the Development Director, they will play a key role in building strong relationships across the College, and the wider University community.

As a senior member of the Development Team, with line management responsibility, it is an excellent role for a proven development professional, looking to broaden their fundraising experience, as well as taking that next step towards leadership. This is a full-time role and reduced hours will be considered for exceptional candidates.
