£55,342 - £61,492 per annum
Home Based (offices in Birmingham, Solihull & Worcester)
Full Time, Permanent (35 hours per week)
Our client is looking for an experienced Governance professional with a genuine desire to make a difference to people’s lives and their communities, to help move the great work they are already doing to the next level.
This is a key position in which you will support the Governance and Compliance Director in all Group wide governance policy, frameworks and activities and act as Deputy Company Secretary.
You will also oversee the administration of all Group Boards and Committees and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, providing advice to the Boards and the Executive Team as required.
This role will be responsible for managing the Governance and Regulation team.

This role will primarily be based from home with some regular travel when required to their offices in Birmingham Solihull and Worcester.
