37.5 hours per week

Our client is a leading provider of mental health services in Birmingham and the West Midlands.  

They have further increased its portfolio of services since Covid19 and are now looking to add to their talented Leadership Team. Are you ready to join them in a journey to ensure their Vision of “Better Mental Health for all” is achieved? 

Working with NHS partners they have recently designed and set up a range of services that are integrated with local Mental Health Trusts and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to help lead and support the managers and teams of these new services as well as exploring additional new models of care. 

Hailed as transformational, the NHS integrated services blend the skills and expertise of mental health clinicians with a range of Social Recovery workers to enable a seamless service to those in mental health crisis.  

They are looking for someone who is up for the challenge of true partnership work, based on the principles of mutual respect and recognition. It is vital that these services help prevent people going into mental health crisis as well as supporting them when they do and need someone who is both driven by outcomes and impact whilst appreciating the qualitative measures of success and works from a position of partnership with those that use their services.
