Adullam Homes have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join the team.

Location: St Helen’s Merseyside

Salary: £19,385 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working on a rota between 7am and 8pm

Tenancy Sustainment Officer – The Role:

Are you passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of vulnerable people? Do you enjoy dealing with different challenges and positively representing those who need help? Do you have either the knowledge and/or experience of housing and tenancy management? If so, we have a great opportunity for you at our St Helen’s service as a Tenancy Sustainability Officer.

Whether we are outreaching to prevent homelessness or supporting someone to resettle, Adullam sees its properties as homes within a community, not just a roof over someone’s head.

Tenancy Sustainment Officer - Key Responsibilities of the Role include:

- Assessments

- Property lettings

- Client liaison

- Client budgeting and Benefits advice

- Rent account management

- Management of repairs and property

- Health and safety compliance and record keeping

- The Client group for this service require support in building resilience and obtaining independent accommodation following being homeless as a result of a risk of offending or committing crime

- Salary of £19,385

- 5 weeks’ holiday (excluding bank holidays) rising to 6 weeks after service
