Position Title: Storytelling and Case Study Officer

Salary: £32,345 per annum
Location: Mentmore Terrace, London Fields (Currently remote) The post holder may start the position while NCB is working remotely due to Covid-19, therefore all candidates must be able to work at home temporarily.
For over 50 years the National Children’s Bureau (NCB) has been building a better childhood for all.
In this newly established role, as the Storytelling and Case Study Officer your experience of creating emotive and engaging content will be vital in communicating how NCB is delivering a better childhood for the UK.
Working within the NCB Development Team, you will create engaging and inspiring case studies that communicate the impact of NCB’s varied work and strengthen our fundraising and marketing effort. As a passionate and inquisitive storyteller, the successful candidate will work across NCB’s teams to turn programmatic activities and successes into compelling stories that resonate with our audiences.
You will also be responsible for recording content as part of NCB’s case for support, including photographs, videos, written content and relevant background information, quotes and data, and create effective processes for their use. Working as part of a cross-organisation content planning group, you will identify opportunities to use this content across NCB’s digital channels, including regular blogs and website articles, as well as supporting the production of our Annual Report and other opportunities to present NCB’s story and impact.
