Each local Citizens Advice office is an independent charity. We provide quality assured advice and information services across Bath and NE Somerset, which covers the city of Bath, several smaller towns and the surrounding rural area.
Our advice is free, confidential, independent and impartial. We also use our first-hand knowledge of the problems our clients are facing to campaign for changes to policy and practices that affect their lives.
To provide operating systems for the management of accounts, payroll and financial reporting and to support the administration of HR for the charity.
Context of role:
Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager is responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll, purchasing, and maintaining accounts payable. Duties should be carried out within the Aims and Principles of Citizens Advice. HR administration and premises admin is also expected.
