Events Producer
Location:
King’s Cross, London*
Salary: circa £31,000 per annum
Contract: 10 month FTC (with the possibility of extension)
Hours: Full Time

Our client is the national fundraising charity for art. They believe that art can make you see, think and feel differently, and through their work they help make art more accessible to as many visitors as possible, wherever they are.

They give grants to help museums and galleries acquire works of art for their collections, share them with wide audiences, and support the training and professional development of curators. They are supported by their growing membership of 159,000 through the National Art Pass, as well as the generosity of many trusts, foundations and other individuals.

They’re looking for a passionate and creative Events Producer to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and deliver an exciting programme of distinctive, high-quality events that shine a light on their extensive museum and gallery network, both digitally and in person – ranging from webinars and zoom panel discussions to intimate visits to private collections, catered events and press launches. Their events are intended to communicate their charitable programme, cultivate supporters, engage target audiences or support professional development and debate.

The successful candidate will enjoy running a broad range of events, bringing experience of managing events on digital platforms and in-person in a variety of formats and locations. They will be able to adapt their approach to a range of audiences and objectives and deliver according to colleagues’ briefs and budgets. As the sole member of staff dedicated to events, sitting within the development team, they will be expected to collaborate across the organisation, to balance broader strategic responsibilities and undertake administrative tasks such as guest lists, database management and finances.
