Age UK Bromley & Greenwich are looking to appoint an experienced Health and Wellbeing Manager. The successful candidate will work in partnership with other statutory and voluntary sector organisations to develop, coordinate and promote a holistic programme of community based health and wellbeing services, with, and for older people in Bromley & Greenwich.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for our successful Long Term Health Conditions team as well as our hospital discharge services.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an up to date knowledge of the health priorities of older people and be able to develop effective solutions to improve the health and wellbeing of our clients. With demonstrable leadership and management skills you will have an aptitude for providing and marketing healthy living activities for our clients.
