As Senior Online Acquisition Manager you will play a vital in the delivery of these activities.
As Senior Online Acquisition Manager you will lead online marketing activities to drive supporter acquisition and engagement. This will include PPC, paid social, programmatic, website, email marketing and more. You will create strategies, implement testing and lead a committed team to deliver against KPI’s. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and to a high standard. Whether increasing conversion rates of our fundraising website or analysing, interpreting and reporting on campaign results you will play a key role in ensuring the team meet objectives. We will also look to you to continually optimise and improve marketing techniques to drive new financial and non-financial donors to the organisation.
You must have a strong understanding of digital media and the use of digital channels for marketing communications as well as experience of developing, implementing and monitoring digital marketing plans. Proficient in motivating and leading a team to deliver against objectives, you will be able to manage and allocate resources effectively. You will be used to developing and translating a digital marketing vision into strategies, actions and results too. You will also be a user of Facebook ads manager, Google Analytics and Tableau
In addition to your technical skills, you will possess an eye for detail and be effective at planning, prioritising and project managing as well as communicating across levels.
