The coronavirus pandemic has driven a huge increase in need and the reliance on charities has never been greater at a time when our sector is struggling. We’ve set ourselves the ambitious target to triple our impact by 2025 and are looking for someone to help exploit technology and enhance our efficiency and effectiveness to achieve growth that is sustainable and measurable.

This is an exciting opportunity to join In Kind Direct at the start of an ambitious journey and this new role will be key in empowering the people, enhancing the systems, and providing the information to power that growth. Working across all areas of the organisation, the Business Systems Manager will champion the use of technology and translate both systems and data analysis requirements into a process of continuous improvement.
