Housing and Support Coordinator (Independent Living / Sheltered Housing)

Salary £16,380 - £20,331 pa

Salford / Bolton 

12 month temporary contract (maternity cover) - possibility to move into another role after contract

Hours: 35 hours per week

Our client provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester and have big plans to build more over the next five year. Remaining resident and customer focussed is key to this and they are looking for someone to help them do this.

 

They need someone to provide monitoring and support in connection with their well-being and housing management needs, who will take pride in delivering a brilliant service to customers living in their buildings.

 

They’re looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of support needs and housing management requirements of older people living in an Independent Living housing environment. They would consider someone without housing / support experience if the applicant has relevant transferable skills.  

 

An enhanced DBS Disclosure check is required for this role. You must have the ability to drive and have access to a car, along with the ability to to work flexible working hours.
