Responsibilities
We work with some of the most vulnerable people in society and are looking for somebody to work with us to challenge our culture and help us increase inclusivity across the organisation.
As Director of Inclusion, you will play a leadership role in creating positive change across Change grow live. You will have the full support of our board, CEO and leadership group and will work alongside many talented colleagues and in partnership with a community of amazing volunteers to help make our ambitions reality.
