REGIONAL COMMUNITY TRANSPORT CO-ORDINATOR 

Salary Range Scp 33 – 36 £29,324 – £31,601 pa

This post is funded by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board initially until 31st March 2022 (with a possible extension)


The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate/co-develop accessible and inclusive transport services that support patients, visitors, and staff to access a wide range of health settings.

We are looking for a flexible and organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills. To work with and on behalf of the voluntary sector, in partnership with the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB), the Community Transport Association, Torfaen Voluntary Alliance (TVA), local authorities and other statutory and commercial bodies to develop and promote accessible transport.

Information gathering and planning, along with the ability to evaluate and produce recommendations is essential. You will need to be self-motivated and IT proficient with an understanding of the importance of equality and diversity.  

As the post covers the whole Aneurin Bevan University Health Board area, travel may be required depending on COVID-19 restrictions.
