We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a small HR team, within a Lincolnshire-based charity.

Postion: HR Advisor

Location: The successful candidate will be able to choose their base from the following locations: Grimsby, Lincoln or Toynton- All Saints. The charity is a multisite organisation, some travel will be required predominantly within East Lincolnshire, to deliver HR services

Hours: Full time, permanent – 36.25 hours per week

Salary: £25,270 - £27,273 per annum

About the role:

The HR team provides HR expertise across the organisation, which includes supporting an effective recruitment and selection service, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of employment, policies and procedures and ensuring HR administration systems and processes work effectively.

As HR Advisor you will be responsible for advising within a generalist capacity and demonstrate a strong ability to provide clear, concise advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, employee relations and a range of HR issues. You will report into the Senior HR Advisor with support from the wider HR team.

About you:

To be successful for the HR Advisor role, you will have proven experience as a HR generalist within busy HR team and be confident working with people at all levels. You will be proficient in the use of the HR Information Systems and be able to demonstrate your ability to manage a busy caseload. Previous experience is essential, ideally with a strong background in employee relations and advising on equality and diversity issues.

Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level/or equivalent, and/or have a Level 5 CIPD Qualification.

Other roles you may have experience of could include: HR generalist, HR Adviser, Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Administrator, HR Business Partner, People Advisor, HR Assistant, HR Officer, HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, HR Consultant, etc.
