Business and Finance Leader
Starting salary: £36,000 FTE
37.5 hrs per week, permanent contract
Location: Kingsteignton, Devon



Shared Lives South West is: An award-winning, friendly and dynamic social care charity operating Shared Lives services in the South West.
 
We need: We are looking for a positive, solution-focused and highly motivated person to deliver business and finance functions as part of an enthusiastic, people-orientated organisation.
 
You need to have: Experience of working in a senior leadership team, sound financial knowledge, the ability to lead, motivate and inspire others, and the passion and enthusiasm for helping others to achieve their potential and engage with our strategic vision.
