A leading awarding and professional membership body are recruiting for an e-Learning and Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Coordinator to join the team who coordinate and maintain the organisation's bespoke online learning platforms for their members and customers.

As the e-Learning and VLE Coordinator, you will enjoy being in a customer facing role, responding to daily VLE queries from internal and external customers with a high level of customer service.

You will support the Digital Product Manager and the team by having responsibility for setting up content, courses and other relevant packages including question banks within the IT platforms such as Moodle and other bespoke Learning Management Systems. You will also proof the content and functionality including the layout and format on the platform.

To be considered for the role, you will need to have experience in a learning technology environment, preferably within an awarding body or qualifications related organisation with the ability to provide technical customer support for e-learning users.

You will need exceptional relationship building skills, adaptability to handle whatever the day brings and an ability to take on multiple projects working to deadlines within a small but efficient team.

This is a home based role with a requirement to visit the office in Hertfordshire on occasion/as required.
