I am currently looking for an experienced Supporter Care Officer to work for a superb and well established disability charity. This varied role will see you dealing with a mixture of in-and-outbound calling, gift processing as well as on the Raiser's Edge database to accurately capture interactions with supporters.
Delivering excellent Supporter Care to all supporters
Be the first point of contact for all supporter and customer care queries
Deliver an excellent supporter care experience by responding to all incoming enquiries from supporters and prospective supporters by phone, mail, and internet
Investigate complaints and concerns from supporters
Accurate Gift Processing and Recording on Raiser's Edge, amend supporter records and keep record of communications with supporters
Accurately process fundraising income, including cheques and cash, legacy, direct debits and from the online donation platforms
Work closely with the database team to ensure that Supporter Services have the relevant information and codes to record accurately on Raiser's Edge
