TPP is excited to be partnering with a national and well-loved animal rescue charity to recruit for a permanent part time Senior Philanthropy Manager paying circa £40K pro rata. The role is based in West Sussex or at a London hub but currently working remotely due to covid. This is a job share working Wednesday to Friday.

This is an exciting opportunity whereby you will join a small but ambitious philanthropy team which has 5-year 6 figure income growth strategy. To achieve this, you will develop new and lasting partnerships with high value individuals. From this, you will work closely with groups of senior volunteers to identify major donor prospects. Additionally, working alongside your job share colleague you will provide existing and prospective donors with top quality cultivation and stewardship opportunities. You will work closely with your job share colleague particularly on a Wednesday when you both crossover. You will have split accounts but support on each other's when the other is not working.

To be successful in this role you will have a sound major donor income track record with a passion for winning new business. You will have excellent knowledge of the philanthropy landscape and experience of working with high net worth individuals. You will possess excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders with the aims of the charity. Finally, you will have experience of working towards and achieving financial target.
