This is an opportunity for an experienced fundraising professional to lead the fundraising team at The Fire Fighters Charity.  The Fire Fighters Charity offers specialist lifelong support for members of the UK fire services community, empowering individuals to achieve mental, physical and social wellbeing throughout their lives.

ROLE PURPOSE: 

As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team

  • provide strong strategic professional leadership for all aspects of fundraising, communications and marketing for the Charity;
  • lead and inspire the Charity’s fundraising, marketing and communications activities and teams;
  • play a significant role in the overall leadership and management of the Charity, demonstrating the highest standards of professional conduct and modelling behaviours and attitudes consistent with the role; and
  • support the development implementation and achievement of aspirations within the organisational strategic plan.
