Description

The Alumni and Database Executive will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the schools alumni database, ensuring all records are accurate and using the data drawn from it to assist in alumni relations
• Assisting the Senior Alumni Manager with the development and implementation of alumni relations strategies
• Working with the wider marketing team to develop products and strategies targeted at school alumni
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating events and reunions

Profile

The successful Alumni and Database Executive will have:

• Extensive experience with databases and a strong grasp of data - practical experience with Raiser's Edge would be a big plus!
• Ideally experience within the higher education and training space
• A background in working with Alumni or in a fundraising capacity
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Some experience of organising events
• A proactive attitude
• The ability to commute to their central London offices when normal office work resumes
