Digital Learning Sales Manager

TPP Recruitment are excited to be working with a growing maritime charity and society who support those in the sector through lifelong learning and personal and professional development. They are now seeking a Digital Products Sales Manager to be responsible for identifying and delivering learning products and services as well as generating business for their learning products through sales.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Welfare, as the Digital Products Sales Manager in a small team of 5, your aims will include growing the number of individual and corporate subscribers to their learning opportunities, growing the portfolio of online learning courses through working with subject matter experts, the technical development of their award winning online learning platform where you will be the main contact with the developer, and effective line management of a digital marketing apprentice.

In this role, you'll use your experience of direct sales and marketing to reach international companies, individual members of the society and relevant organisations to extend the reach of the society's digital learning products.

To be considered, you do not need to be an expert in the maritime sector, but you must be able to demonstrate a mix of experience in using online learning software and platforms within the educational sector as well as generating revenue through business development, online marketing and successful relationships with stakeholders such as e-learning developers, subject matter experts and e-learning users.

You must be a strong communicator in writing, online and face to face. You should be comfortable representing organisations externally including delivering presentations and attending events.

The organisation are working remotely at the moment and can offer flexible working opportunities in future, however, you will be required to be present in the London office 2 or 3 times a week and for any relevant meetings, events etc.
