Management Accountant
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: c.£35k
Hours: Full Time (9-5) 35 hours per week
25 days holiday, rising to 30 upon 5-years service, Benenden Healthcare, occupational sick pay and free parking.

Job Purpose:
To drive the performance of the charity through the timely and accurate provision of management reports and analysis to ensure the charity makes well-informed decisions, based on sound and robust financial information to ensure future growth and success.

Reports to:
Director of Finance and Operations

Main duties:

• Produce and develop regular suite of financial reports, providing variance analysis and commentary
• Provide management reporting for decision-making, including new business development, project appraisal, evaluation and post-implementation analysis
• Develop and implement reporting to identify campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Work with management to identify and satisfy other ad hoc and ongoing reporting requirements

Candidate profile:
Ambitious finalist/newly qualified accountant who is naturally curious and highly analytical with excellent IT skills and proficiency in finance systems and MS office, and an advanced working knowledge of Excel.
