Job Details
TPP is currently partnering exclusively with a leading international health charity to recruit for a Trust and Foundations Manager, on a 2 year contract, paying £38,250. The organisation is based in Brighton - while it is possible to work from this office, the post is also open to those wishing to work remotely. The charity is very well established and works in more than 40 countries offering a range of health support and services along with tackling human rights.
Working alongside the trusts and foundations lead, there is scope to really make this role your own. You will focus on building sound relationships with high value international donors worth six figures. From this, you will manage a portfolio of 4 to 5 donors (examples of which could include the Ford or Packard Foundations), with the aim of evolving the relationship to a more strategic partnerships through bespoke stewardship plans. Post-covid, there will be opportunities to travel in order to see the programmes in action.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience or understanding of international programming in developing countries. You will also have a successful income generation track record of six to seven figures. You will possess sound communication skills, oral and written , to influence senior stakeholders and write compelling proposals and reports. Finally, you will be passionate about health equality in the developing world.
