Policy and Programme Manager

We are partnering with The Bell Foundation to recruit an experienced Policy and Programme Manager. You will play a key role within the organisation leading the programme to ensure maximum impact, managing research, partnerships and influencing public policy.

The Bell Foundation is a Cambridge based educational charity working to overcome exclusion through language education and is delivering its vision through three strategic programmes.

The Foundation has a rewarding opportunity for a Criminal Justice Policy and Programme Manager to work within a growing, dynamic team to lead The Bell Foundation's Criminal Justice Programme to break down the language barrier to accessing justice and rehabilitation for people involved in criminal justice system.

You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the programme, initiating, and managing partnerships, ensuring that learning and impact is maximised. You will also be responsible for developing and influencing public policy, building on the learning from the programme. You will be a self-starter and a team player, able to drive the delivery of a programme and create partnerships that have the potential to deliver regional and national impact.

You will have significant experience of developing, delivering, and managing programmes with multiple stakeholders, ideally gained within the non-profit sector, shaping policy and working with external partners, along with excellent organisational, interpersonal skills, and communication skills.

The starting salary is £37,565- £40,695 plus a generous benefits package including, gym membership, pension, ability to buy and sell annual leave, and dental schemes.
